The FINISH PUTTY is characterized by high flexibility, ease of processing, and very good adhesion, even to galvanized steel. After sanding, it leaves an ideal smooth surface. It is easy to apply and spread, leaving no pores.

APPLICATION:

This two-component micro-fine putty is used to level scratches that occur after processing with filling putty. It can be used as a final top layer. It is also used to level fine scratches on painted surfaces without the need for filling putty. It is perfect for both mechanical and manual sanding. For professional use in automotive painting.

It can be used on the following substrates:

• Steel
• Galvanized steel
• Aluminum
• Two-component acrylic primers
• Old paint coatings
• Polyester laminates

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Galvanized and aluminum surfaces should be previously scuffed with abrasive fleece.
2. Carefully mix the components, maintaining proportions (it is recommended to use a dispenser for putties)
3. Apply using spatulas, which can be purchased at our auctions
4. Apply the putty on a sanded, cleaned, and degreased substrate. The thickness of a single layer should not exceed 4-5 mm.
5. Between applications, take breaks to allow solvents to evaporate.

Note! Do not use at temperatures below 10˚C.

HARDENING TIME:

• Temperature: Usable hardness
• 20°C: 20min
• 60°C: 10min.

SHELF LIFE (from the moment of mixing with the hardener) From 4 to 6 min. at 20˚C.

DRYING TIME: About 20 min. at 20˚C. (can be shortened to 10 min. by heating at 60˚C)

For 1kg of putty, use 20-30g of hardener.
