The FINISH putty is characterized by high flexibility, ease of processing, and very good adhesion, even to galvanized steel. After sanding, it leaves an ideally smooth surface. It is easy to apply and spread, leaving no pores.

It is used for leveling minor scratches on painted surfaces without the need for filler putty.

It is ideal for mechanical and manual sanding.

It can be used on the following substrates:

• Steel
• Galvanized steel
• Aluminum
• Two-component acrylic primers
• Old paint coatings
• Polyester laminates

APPLICATION METHOD:

1. Galvanized and aluminum surfaces should be previously matte-finished using abrasive fleece.
2. Carefully mix the components, maintaining proportions (it is recommended to use a dispenser for putties)
3. Apply using spatulas, which can be purchased at our auctions
4. Apply the putty on the sanded, cleaned, and degreased substrate. The thickness of a single layer should not exceed 4-5 mm.
5. Between applications, take breaks to allow solvents to evaporate.

For 1kg of putty, use 20-30g of hardener.

Note! Do not use at temperatures below 10˚C.

CURE TIME:

• Temperature: Usable hardness
• 20 °C: 20min
• 60 °C: 10min.

SHELF LIFE (from the moment of mixing with the hardener) From 4 to 6 min at 20˚C.

DRYING TIME: About 20 min at 20˚C. (can be shortened to 10 min by heating at 60˚C)
