UNIVERSAL FILLER 1.8KG + HARDENER

Universal filler is designed for filling irregularities and depressions on surfaces before applying a paint coating. It is a filler intended for the most demanding professionals.

It features fine grain and flexibility, allowing it to be used on elements susceptible to mechanical vibrations. It can be applied in thick layers, indispensable for filling significant gaps, it does not crack even on large surfaces.

It is soft, making it easy to apply and sand. It has increased thermal resistance (in the range of -30 to 80˚C). Due to its high adhesion, it can be used even on galvanized steel.

Contains 2 components: filler (pigments and fillers in saturated polyester resin) and hardener.

It creates coatings with good adhesion to both primed and unprimed surfaces. Ideal for mechanical and manual sanding.

Can be used on the following substrates:

  • Steel
  • Galvanized steel
  • Aluminum
  • Two-component acrylic primers
  • Old paint coatings
  • Polyester laminates
  • Concrete

Note: do not apply directly to reactive primers (wash primer), 1-component acrylic and nitrocellulose products.

APPLICATION METHOD:

  1. Galvanized and aluminum surfaces should be previously matted using abrasive fleece.
  2. Carefully mix the components, maintaining proportions (it is recommended to use a dispenser for fillers), apply using spatulas.
  3. Apply the filler to the sanded, cleaned, and degreased substrate. The thickness of a single layer should not exceed 4-5 mm.
  4. Between applications, allow breaks for the evaporation of solvents.
  5. Galvanized and aluminum surfaces should be previously matted using abrasive fleece.

Warning! Do not use at temperatures below 10˚C.

TECHNICAL DATA:

  • Temperature/Usable hardness: at 20 C -- 20min, at 60 C -- 10min
  • Pot life (from the moment of mixing with the hardener): From 4 to 6 min. at 20˚C.
  • Color: Dark beige.

Recommended grit for processing:

  • Pre-sanding – P80 – P120
  • Finishing sanding – P120 – P240

For 1kg of filler, use 20-30g of hardener.
