Two-component polyester putty is designed for filling dents and leveling scratches on elements made of plastics (polyamides, styrene copolymers, polyester-glass laminates, etc.), especially on elements exposed to impacts.

It has high flexibility and excellent adhesion, allowing it to be applied to unprimed substrates. It is resistant to solvents, acids, bases, and low-concentration brines.

APPLICABLE SUBSTRATES:

  • Old paint coatings
  • Two-component acrylic primers
  • Steel
  • Aluminum
  • Galvanized steel
  • Plastics excluding PE and PTFE

APPLICATION METHOD:

  1. Thoroughly sand, clean, and degrease, then dry the areas to be covered with putty.
  2. Mix the selected amount of putty with the appropriate amount of hardener specified on the packaging. Do not exceed the recommended dose of hardener.
  3. Apply using a spatula for 4-6 minutes at 20°C.
  4. Drying time is approximately 30 minutes at 20°C.
  • Mixing ratio with hardener by weight: 100g of putty + 2g of hardener.
  • Pre-sanding: P80-P120
  • Finishing sanding: P180-P240
