Description
Ceiling Filter for Paint Booths
DIMENSIONS: 1.6M X 20M
GRAMMAGE: 650G/M2
Ceiling filters are used in industrial paint shops at the final stage of filtration in paint booths, where paint particles are broken down and captured by synthetic fiber. Thanks to the applied technology of gradual increase in fiber frequency and full impregnation with adhesive substance, dust particles are captured and retained, resulting in high filter efficiency and extending the lifespan of machines. Fully purified air spreads evenly, creating laminar flow, aimed at achieving the best spraying result, in accordance with the European standard DIN53438-F1 as well as the American: UL-900 Class2. Filtration efficiency 97%, filter density 650 g/m2. Ceiling filters are made of polyester fibers of varying thickness arranged progressively - used in paint chambers and preparation zones for main filtration. The filters are coated during production with a special impregnant and are thermally bonded. The impregnant softens and moistens the fibers, making them less brittle and fragile. This prepared filter captures nearly 97% of unwanted contaminants during preparation and painting activities.
How often should filters be replaced?
There are many factors that influence the filter replacement periods. These include the environment in which the booth or preparation zone is located, the intensity of painting work, etc. However, approximate values can be given for when to replace filters in paint booths:
- Pre-filters - from 300 to 350 hours of work (about 3 months)
- Ceiling filters - from 800 to 1000 hours of work (about 7-12 months)
- Floor filters - about 100 hours of work (about 1 month)
IMPORTANT! Tolerance when cutting the roll is +\- 5cm.
50 ADVANTAGES OF CEILING FILTERS
- resistance to various solvents
- even distribution of air flow
- secure and durable capture of dust particles that the pre-filter did not capture
- no silicone
- temperature resistance up to 100 degrees Celsius
- fibers resistant to crushing and aging
- ease of installation (additional mesh on the bottom of the filter)
