SECURA FLAT FILTER P1 DUST FILTER FOR MASK

PRICE FOR 1 piece

APPLICATION:

SECURA 2000.11 P1 NR filters, when combined with a half mask or mask equipped with absorbers, protect the respiratory system from aerosols of solid or liquid particles, provided that the concentration of the dispersed aerosol phase does not exceed 4 x NDS.

Due to the optimal development of the filtration surface and the quality of the materials used, the filters provide very high dust absorption and very low breathing resistance. They significantly extend the life of the absorbers.

Examples of applications for P1 class filters:

  • mining of hard and brown coal, granite, marble, sandstone, dolomite, etc.;
  • (cutting, grinding) iron, steel, and stone;
  • processing of softwood in sawmills and carpentries: cleaning of castings and steel structures: production;
  • handling and use of lime, cement, fertilizers, raw materials for the glass and ceramic industry
  • raw materials for the rubber industry, production of flour and feed.

CHARACTERISTICS:

The SECURA 2000.11 P1 NR filter is made of three layers of filter nonwovens:

  • outer layer (prefilter) – made of low-resistance nonwoven fabric with a triboelectric effect, providing very low breathing resistance with very high efficiency and absorption for larger solid and liquid aerosol particles;
  • middle layer (main filter) – made of nonwoven fabric with submicron fiber diameters, capturing smaller solid and liquid aerosol particles;
  • inner layer (cover) – protects the middle layer.

Recommendations and limitations for use:

  • It is prohibited to use filters in an atmosphere with an oxygen content below 17% by volume and in
  • enclosed spaces with small volumes;
  • If during the use of the filters you feel a significant increase in breathing resistance, you should leave the hazardous area and replace both filters simultaneously;
  • Filters can only be used in accordance with the operating instructions;
  • You should also familiarize yourself with the operating instructions for the half mask or mask for which they were

Operating instructions

  1. Remove the filters from the packaging
  2. Connect the filter to the half mask so that the marker on the bayonet connection is at the height of the half mask cross brace attachment.
  3. Tighten firmly to the stop, in the direction of the clock hands.

Storage conditions for filters for masks and half masks

Store filters in their original packaging (bulk carton, plastic bag). Store in dry rooms protected from precipitation. Recommended storage temperature from -5 °C to +40 °C, relative humidity approx. 80%.

  • It is prohibited to use if the oxygen concentration in the air is below 17%
