A strongly filling acrylic primer that, due to its high spray viscosity, allows for the application of very thick layers on various scratches and unevenness on all surfaces, including galvanized steel.

Its efficiency allows for use with all painting systems. Easy to use, provides good flow and complete coverage of the primed surface, has anti-corrosive properties. It hardens quickly and sands excellently.

Applications:

Filling uneven surfaces and deep scratches resulting from polyester putty processing. Used as an insulator between polyester putties and acrylic paints.

Mixing ratios:

• Primer: 5
• Hardener: 1

Usability time from the moment of mixing with the hardener:

1 hour at 20 C

How to use:

1. Clean and degrease surfaces.
2. Thoroughly mix the primer with the hardener.
3. After achieving the appropriate viscosity, apply a layer using a spray gun.
4. Between applications of layers, wait 5-10 minutes for evaporation. The amount and thickness of layers depend on the desired effect.

Layer thickness:

50-60 (micrometers) for each layer

Spray viscosity, spray gun nozzle, working pressure:  DIN 4/20 C 60-40 s, 1.6-1.8mm, 2-4 bar

Sanding: dry: P600-P1000

Hardening time:

• Temperature: Usable hardness
• 20 C: 3 hours
• 60 C: 30 minutes

Efficiency: 4.5m2/l at 100 microns
