ALUMINUM DUST PUTTY SPATULA 250G + HARDENER

Two-component polyester putty with the addition of special aluminum powder. It is characterized by lower shrinkage, very good flexibility and adhesion to the substrate, as well as high tolerance to temperature changes and resistance to mechanical vibrations.

APPLICATION:

Used for filling large and deep dents and for leveling large, flat surfaces. Due to its good heat dissipation, it is suitable for body elements exposed to large temperature changes up to 90C. It is easy to process, and the sanded surface is very smooth. Suitable for mechanical and manual sanding. For professional use in automotive painting.

Can be used on the following substrates:

• Steel
• Galvanized steel
• Aluminum
• Two-component acrylic primers
• Old paint coatings
• Polyester laminates

USAGE:

1. Galvanized and aluminum surfaces should be previously scuffed with abrasive fleece.
2. Carefully mix the components, maintaining proportions (it is recommended to use a putty dispenser), apply using a spatula (you can buy at our other auctions)
3. Apply the putty on sanded, cleaned, and degreased substrate.
4. The thickness of a single layer should not exceed 4-5 mm.
5. Between applications, take breaks to allow solvents to evaporate.

Note! Do not use at temperatures below 10˚C.

HARDENING TIME:

• Temperature/Usable hardness: at 20 C -- 20min, at 60 C: 10min.

SHELF LIFE (from the moment of mixing with the hardener): From 4 to 6 min. at a temperature of 20˚C.

DRYING TIME: About 20 min. at a temperature of 20˚C. (can be shortened to 10 min. by heating at 60˚)

For 1kg of putty, use 20-30g of hardener.
