Half mask X 210 V FFP2 NR D is designed to protect the respiratory system from aerosols of solid particles, water-based aerosols (dust, smoke), and aerosols with a liquid dispersed phase (mists) for which the OEL is ≥0.05 mg/m3 provided that the concentration of the dispersed phase does not exceed 10 x OEL.

The half mask is designed to allow easy breathing throughout the entire work shift.

Thanks to its anatomical shape and the nose clip along with the foam underneath, the half mask is easy to fit for most face shapes, ensuring necessary tightness.

The half mask X 210 V FFP2 NR D consists of:

• multi-layer filter material: polypropylene;
• nose clip for shaping the half mask around the nose;
• exhalation valve made of plastic;
• head straps made of rubber threads in a braid;
• head strap fastening made of plastic;
• nose seal made of polyurethane foam.

Application:

Protection of the respiratory tract against moderately toxic solid particles, asbestos dust, copper, barium, titanium, vanadium, chromium, manganese, hardwood dust, coal dust containing free silica above 10%. It works excellently in the mining, chemical, metallurgical, and shipbuilding industries.

 

USAGE:

1. Before putting on the half mask, pre-shape the nose clip by pinching it, which improves the subsequent fit of the half mask to the face.

2. Position the facepiece so that it covers the mouth and nose.

3. Put on the head straps so that the lower strap goes around the neck below the ear, and the upper strap goes behind the head over the ear.

4. Adjust the pre-shaped nose clip to ensure tightness.

5. Check the correctness of the fit; place your hands over the facepiece; exhale forcefully; if there is leakage, adjust the position of the facepiece, nose clip, or head straps.
