Description
FILTERING HALF MASK WITH VALVE
FFP1 NR D
ITALKO BRAND
X 110 V FFP1 filtering half mask is designed to protect the respiratory system from aerosol particles, water-based aerosols (dust, smoke), and aerosols with a liquid dispersed phase (mists) for which the OEL is ≥2 mg/m3 as long as the concentration of the dispersed phase does not exceed 4 x OEL.
The half mask is designed to allow easy breathing throughout the entire work shift.
Thanks to its anatomical shape and nose clip, along with the foam underneath, the half mask is easy to fit for most face shapes, ensuring necessary tightness.
ITALKO half masks comply with the European harmonized standard PN-EN 149:2001+A1:2010 (EN 149:2001+A1:2009) "Respiratory protective equipment - Filtering half masks to protect against particles. Requirements, testing, marking";
The X 110 V FFP1 NR D filtering half mask consists of:
- multi-layer filter material: polypropylene;
- nose clip for shaping the half mask around the nose;
- exhalation valve made of plastic;
- head straps made of rubber threads in a braid;
- head strap fastening made of plastic;
- nose seal made of polyurethane foam.
Application:
Protection of the respiratory tract against moderately toxic solid particles, asbestos dust, copper, barium, titanium, vanadium, chromium, manganese, hardwood dust, carbon dust containing free silica above 10%. It works excellently in the mining, chemical, metallurgical, and shipbuilding industries.
USAGE:
1. Before putting on the half mask, pre-shape the nose clip by squeezing it, which improves the subsequent fit of the half mask to the face.
2. Place the face part so that it covers the mouth and nose.
3. Put the head straps on so that the lower strap goes around the neck below the ear, and the upper strap goes behind the head over the ear.
4. Adjust the pre-shaped nose clip to ensure tightness.
5. Check the correctness of the fit; place your hands and hold the cup; forcefully exhale; in case of leakage, adjust the position of the cup, nose clip, or head straps.
