  • Prevents galvanic corrosion in aluminum vehicle parts
  • Exceptional bonding strength
  • Short curing time
  • Resistance to UV radiation and adverse weather conditions
  • Wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +80°C
  • Very good adhesion to all types of surfaces (raw and painted sheet metal, aluminum, wood, glass, concrete, and plastics)
  • Adhesion to both smooth and rough surfaces
  • High waterproofing and vapor impermeability

Usage instructions:

  1. Clean the surface on the glass and the area where the glass will be installed on the body.
  2. Scratches on the paint that occurred during the removal of the old glass, clean and prime before applying BLUE-CAR Primer with the appropriate paint primer.
  3. Using the applicator from BLUE-CAR Primer, apply to the previously prepared areas.
  4. Old adhesive residues should be trimmed to 1-2mm thickness (if they adhere well to the substrate) or removed.
  5. Open the cartridge of adhesive by removing and piercing the protective caps to prevent the adhesive from drying out.
  6. Evenly apply the adhesive in the area where the glass will be seated. To ensure the glass is sealed, the end of the applied bead should connect with the beginning (the beads should overlap).
  7. The glass must be installed before the adhesive forms and hardens. Appropriate temperature and humidity must be maintained when installing windows in vehicles.
  8. Excess adhesive should be removed with a solvent for nitrocellulose products or a solvent for acrylic products.
  9. The vehicle with the freshly installed glass should not be moved until the time specified for the adhesive used has elapsed.
