The ITALKO FLEX discs are particularly used for matting clear lacquer, sanding, and removing the so-called orange peel.

They provide an excellent, invisible transition from new to old clear lacquer coating. They are also used for removing surface imperfections such as dust and streaks. The backing of this product is responsible for its flexibility and aggressiveness.

They also ensure that the grains (unlike those in sandpapers) remain on the backing (no settling). As a result, the grains have significantly longer durability.

The ITALKO FLEX disc is also equipped with a special coating that prevents heat generation, and consequently local overheating on the sanding disc.

This minimizes the occurrence of damage to the clear lacquer and the possibility of sanding through.

The disc does not clog too quickly, which significantly increases its lifespan
