Description

ITALKO RUST ELIMINATOR is a penetrating anti-corrosion agent that stops the development of corrosion. Applied to a rust-cleaned surface, it isolates and removes moisture from corrosion spots. Impregnated surfaces are fully covered with polyester products, primers, and undercoats.

At the same time, it serves as:

  • Rust remover
  • Corrosion protection agent
  • Primer before applying additional layers of paints, varnishes, or fillers

APPLICATION:

  • A transparent liquid with an amber color creates an organic iron compound with the neutralized corrosion layer.
  • The resulting layer provides long-lasting anti-corrosion protection and, due to the content of epoxy resin, also serves as a great primer layer.
  • It has many diverse applications and can be used directly on rust.
  • It actively works on rust, creating organic iron compounds that block rust and a protective epoxy coating that protects against corrosion.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Remove rust adhering to the surface, as well as paint residues from surfaces affected by subsurface corrosion manually or mechanically.
  2. Clean the surfaces of dust and degrease with a cleaner.
  3. Using a brush, roller, or spray gun, apply a layer of the product. (apply with a spray gun equipped with nozzles ø1.2-ø1.4mm at air pressure from 3.0 to 4.0 bar)
  4. Apply the product to the rust spot, after 15 minutes rinse with water and dry with a clean cloth.
  5. After use, immediately seal the packaging tightly.
