BLUE-CAR Primer is a black primer designed for use under polyurethane adhesive for windshield installation. Essential for increasing adhesion and protecting the adhesive from harmful UV radiation.

It is an indispensable primer that allows for professional windshield installation. The product enables faster and more durable adhesion of the adhesive to the glass.

Application:

• for application as a primer under adhesives for glass on glass, ceramic, and painted surfaces,
• for application as an isolator on damaged paint coatings during glass cutting,
• for use in the automotive industry and in services during the replacement of damaged windshields.

How to use:

• Clean the edge area of the glass with BLUE CAR silicone remover.
• Apply the BLUE-CAR primer to the edge of the glass with an applicator and leave to dry for at least 10 minutes.
• Apply windshield adhesive with a manual or pneumatic gun to the car body flange.
• Then place and lightly press the glass against the body flange and improve the pressure and support with spacers
