The polyurethane adhesive-sealant is a one-component mass, silicone-free, which creates a strong seal when humidity is present.

It features strong adhesion to the substrate. Resistant to oils, salt, water, and atmospheric factors. Thanks to its elasticity combined with high strength, it acts as a vibration-damping and reinforcing mass for the structure of the car body. Easy to apply (precise positioning).

Thanks to its creamy, dense consistency, it does not drip and does not create shrinkage cracks.

It can be painted with all paint systems.

Application:

• for sealing large joints and gaps
• for sealing welded and soldered joints
• for bonding metal to glass
• for bonding metal to plastics
• as a damping layer between metals and plastics
• for sealing tanks with petroleum products
• as an adhesive-sealant material in many industrial applications

Characteristics:

• open time from 10 to 600 minutes
• strength 1.8 to 9 N/mm2
• elongation at break from 300 to 1000%
• tensile strength from 6 to 15 N/mm
• operating temperature from -40°C to +90°C

Usage Instructions:

1. Sand the surface in a way convenient for you.
2. Clean and degrease.
3. Protect with an anti-corrosive primer. (New surfaces do not require a primer layer; on old, dirty, or unstable surfaces, it is advisable to use a primer (unless it is an emergency repair in unfavorable weather conditions – in which case a shorter lifespan should be expected))
4. Wait for the welds and joints to dry completely.
5. Apply the sealing mass to the joint with a maximum thickness of 2mm at a time.
