BRAND BLUE-CAR

Single-component polyurethane glue for bonding and installing windows in vehicles is a professional product characterized by high mechanical strength and high viscosity.

Our installation glue is a high-quality adhesive-sealant product with fast curing in the presence of moisture in the air.

Suitable for application on both glass and metal panels.

Suitable for bonding front and side/rear windows.

Advantages:

  • Especially fast curing time
  • Can be used in cold conditions
  • Good stability, no dripping
  • Prevents galvanic corrosion in aluminum vehicle parts
  • Exceptional bonding strength
  • Short curing time
  • Resistance to UV radiation and adverse weather conditions
  • Wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +80°C
  • Very good adhesion to all types of surfaces (raw and painted metal, aluminum, wood, glass, concrete, and plastics)
  • Adhesion to both smooth and rough surfaces
  • High waterproofing and vapor impermeability

Instructions for use:

  1. Clean the surface on the glass and the installation area on the body.
  2. Scratches on the paint that occurred during the removal of the old window should be cleaned and primed with BLUE-CAR Primer using the appropriate paint primer.
  3. Using the BLUE-CAR Primer applicator, apply it to the previously prepared areas.
  4. Old glue residues should be trimmed to a thickness of 1-2mm (if they adhere well to the substrate) or removed.
  5. Open the glue cartridge by removing and piercing the protective caps that prevent the glue from drying out.
  6. Evenly apply glue in the area where the window will be seated. To ensure the window is sealed, the end of the applied bead should connect with the beginning (the beads should overlap).
  7. The window must be installed before the glue begins to set and harden. Proper temperature and humidity must be maintained during window installation in vehicles.
  8. Excess material should be removed with a solvent for nitrocellulose products or a solvent for acrylic products.
  9. The vehicle with the freshly installed window should not be moved until the time specified for the glue used has elapsed
